Service Description

Join Ruth Anne in the yoga studio for 90 minutes of mixed level practice. Yoga practice will consist of yin, restorative, vinyasa flow, and yoga nidra. You'll feel great after this mixed practice - suitable for beginners and more advanced yogis. 90 minute practice leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed. Limit 10 people.

Cancellation Policy

Please honor your appointment times. We understand conflicts may come up. Please call 24 hours ahead to cancel yoga appointments to avoid being charged. 1/2 the cost of retreats must be paid upon booking and the other 1/2 2 weeks before the event. We are sorry that we cannot refund retreat money.
