Yoga is about balance. These 5 Koshas or sheaths of the body are adapted from yogic wisdom and I've added my own western mindset and understanding to them.
In a nutshell: Every part of the body is affected by the other parts. If we are out of balance in one area, our health will eventually suffer. To give our bodies the best chance of healing, it is important to work on balance in all areas.
