I've grabbed some videos from Youtube that you may find helpful in your quest for better health. I adopt a whole foods plant based diet, without oils, salt and sugars. I find this to be the healthiest way to reduce body fat, battle insulin resistance, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and facilitate heart health. Dairy and meat (even organic) increase the risk of cancer and auto-immune illness.
What people eat is their own personal choice. As a health coach I can give you the facts, but it's up to you to decide how you would like to eat. Changes your eating patterns is very rewarding as you watch your health improve. I'm here to support you in whatever lifestyle you choose.

Auto-Immune Protocol is a system that many people with Hashimotos/Thyroiditus find helpful. This is a paleo based diet with a strong food elimination component to identify food sensitivities.

I BELIEVE THE BEST WAY TO MAKE A TRUE CHANGE IS BY EDUCATING YOURSELF. THERE ARE MANY RESOURCES THESE DAYS TO HELP YOU REGAIN YOUR HEALTH THROUGH DIETARY CHANGES. THERE IS ALSO A GREAT DEAL OF CONFUSING INFORMATION! I HAVE SPENT OVER 30 YEARS STUDYING THE EFFECTS OF DIET ON HEALTH. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT THE PLANT BASED LIFESTYLE PAYS THE BEST DIVIDENDS IN HEALTH. THE GREAT NEWS IS THAT THERE ARE AN ABUNDANT AMOUNT OF RESOURCES ON THE WEB FULL OF RECIPES
AND COOKING PLANT BASED CAN BE MORE ECONOMICAL. ALWAYS CHOOSE ORGANIC FOODS WHEN POSSIBLE TO AVOID EXTRA TOXINS.
IN ADDITION, EVERY PERSON IS CREATED DIFFERENTLY. WE ARE BASICALLY ALL A CHEMISTRY LAB WITH DIFFERENT DIETARY NEEDS. THIS IS CALLED BIO-INDIVIDUALITY.
I DON'T WANT PERFECT TO STAND IN THE WAY OF GOOD! IT'S A BIG JUMP TO GO FROM THE STANDARD AMERICAN DIET TO THE FOODS THAT I RECOMMEND. MAKING SMALL CHANGES WILL SET YOU ON YOUR WAY TOWARD GREATER HEALTH. KEEP IT SIMPLE! SOME IS GOOD... MORE IS BETTER. START WITH SOME IF THE CHANGES ARE TOO INTIMIDATING FOR YOU!

Grounding
Get back to nature! Take a walk outside and breathe in the fresh air! Bring the outdoors in with plants and flowers. Walk the beach in your bare feet and feel the sun warm your body. Plant an organic vegetable garden. My favorite summer activity is to sit on a big warm rock by the ocean! What's yours?
