I've grabbed some videos from Youtube that you may find helpful in your quest for better health. I adopt a whole foods plant based diet, without oils, salt and sugars. I find this to be the healthiest way to reduce body fat, battle insulin resistance, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and facilitate heart health. Dairy and meat (even organic) increase the risk of cancer and auto-immune illness. 

What people eat is their own personal choice. As a health coach I can give you the facts, but it's up to you to decide how you would like to eat. Changes your eating patterns is very rewarding as you watch your health improve. I'm here to support you in whatever lifestyle you choose.
