George Flint Room
George Flint grew up in this house and then moved back in 1863 to stay with his Father Noadiah and Mother Sarah Cary Flint in order to care for the farm. George and his wife had a baby boy but sadly she did not live to see him turn 2. George enlisted the help of a live in nanny and never remarried.
Eventually he became a prominent Judge in Thompson and lived in this house until the early 1900's. This small but darling guest room was once his law office and before that was a bedroom. You will love the large 12 windows and the view of the gardens and stone walls.
This room adjoins with the Sarah Flint room and can be used as a suite. A bathroom for these two rooms is currently under construction and will be accessible directly through this room.
